Dominican rapper El Alfa El Jefe is setting out on tour! Most commonly referred to as El Alfa and also known by his real name Emanuel Herrera Batista, he started his career in 2008 after leaving his family home. He quickly found success in the early 2010s and garnered a reputation for his unique voice and distinctive style.
